We are seeking a numbers-driven Campaign Operations Manager to own our internal marketing engine and lead our lead generation targets. Strong leadership, auditing analysis, and problem-solving skills are required.
Requirements
- 2–4 years in Data-Driven Marketing Management or Operations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong mathematical foundation (ability to forecast ROI/CPL on the fly)
- Advanced experience in GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar high-volume lead management systems
- Resilience in high-pressure, data-driven environments
