Remote Sales Manager – PH

We’re a family-owned and operated kitchen, bath, and flooring remodeling company looking for a Remote Sales Manager who leads from the front and is actively involved in cold calling, lead generation, and conversion.

Requirements

• At least 2 years’ experience in sales or sales management
• Strong background in cold calling and lead generation
• Experience using CRM tools to manage pipelines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Able to work independently in a remote setup
