Role Overview
We’re looking for a hands-on Sales Manager to help us build and lead a high-performing sales team as we scale. This is a ground-floor leadership opportunity with a strong base salary and potential for uncapped earnings.
What You Will Do
Personally run in-home sales appointments, recruit and manage a team of sales representatives, maintain sales quotas, and track key sales metrics.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Proven track record in in-home or direct sales, prior sales team leadership experience, and a self-starter mentality are preferred.
Requirements
- Proven track record in in-home or direct sales
- Prior sales team leadership or management experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Benefits
- Base Salary: $35,000–$50,000/year
- Personal Sales Commission: Competitive commission on all personally sold projects
