Role Overview
The Interventional Account Manager (Surgery) will drive sales and market share growth for Becton Dickinson’s surgical interventional portfolio within a defined territory. This role involves developing and executing strategic account plans, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring the successful adoption of our innovative surgical solutions.
What You Will Do
Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas and market share objectives for the interventional surgery product line. Develop and implement strategic account plans for key hospitals, surgical centers, and integrated delivery networks.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering)
- Minimum of 3-5 years of successful medical device sales experience, preferably within surgical or interventional specialties
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing market share
- Strong understanding of the surgical environment, operating room procedures, and hospital purchasing processes
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers at various levels
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory
