Bealls Inc. is seeking a Brand Manager – Product Development to shape the aesthetic vision, financial strategies, and seasonal concepts for designated businesses within their Exclusive Brands for Bealls and Bealls Florida divisions.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in building a brand strategy and tying business metrics to the product
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Passionate about design and products that serve the target audience
- Ability to collaborate and coordinate across multiple business partners, both internal and external
- A strong sense of urgency and ability to strategize solutions under aggressive deadlines
- Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, written and presentation skills
- Proficient in retail math, best seller analysis, competitive landscape analysis, and trend analysis
- Strategic thinker with superb organizational and problem-solving skills
- Domestic travel and negotiation experience
- Advanced data analysis skills
- Self-starter with excellent project management and leadership skills
