Job Summary
We are seeking a visionary Vice President, Chief Revenue Officer to lead our dynamic sales team and drive revenue growth across all channels. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven leader with deep experience in the beauty industry and a proven track record in building high-performing teams, developing strategic plans, and achieving ambitious sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth in B2B and B2C channels
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of performance and accountability
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions
- Own the annual revenue plan and deliver on quarterly sales goals
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, and product teams to align cross-functional goals
Qualifications
- 10+ years of executive-level sales leadership experience, preferably in the beauty or consumer goods space
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data to drive decision-making
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
