Role Responsibilities

Sales Operations and Admin Support

  • Process sales orders throughout the day, including downloading, uploading, and organising files to ensure accurate sales tracking and reporting.
  • Manage and submit sales call recordings to suppliers for quality assurance and reporting purposes.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales calls to ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance.
  • Maintain and update supplier pricing in internal systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

User Support

  • Provide front-line support to real estate agent using the Leasey platform. Engaging promptly and professionally via phone and email.
  • Assist system users with basic system issues and escalate more complex problems to the appropriate teams, using the ticketing system to track and manage requests.
  • Support user engagement and adoption by following established processes and best-practice guidance.
  • Maintain clear communication and timely follow-up on all user interactions to ensure a positive user experience.
