We are looking for a fearless innovator to join our Customer Success team as a Customer Success Manager 3. You will be responsible for identifying, enabling, and facilitating continuous value generation for customers, expanding your book of business through upsells, and ensuring zero churn by facilitating high ROI for your customers.
Requirements
- Deep interest in Behavox’s mission, marketplace, and technologies
- Knowledge of managing relationships with financial services companies, Enterprise, or large corporations
- Skilled at working with Enterprise, high touch, clients with a book of business valued over $250k
- Skilled at identifying revenue opportunities, devising account plans, and negotiating expansion opportunities
- Skilled in clear and concise communication with team members, internal stakeholders, and external counterparts
