Bench Sales Manager

We are looking for a skilled Bench Sales Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of transforming business processes through technology.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in US Bench Sales
• At least 1–2 years in a leadership/managerial role
• Strong experience working with Tier 1 vendors and implementation partners
• Proven track record of successful consultant placements
• Deep understanding of US visa types (H1B, OPT, CPT, Other EAD)
• Expertise in using job portals like Dice, Monster, TechFetch, and LinkedIn
• Hands-on experience with ATS tools (JobDiva preferred)
• Strong negotiation, communication, and team management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
