Role Overview

The Senior Manager, Go-to-Market Enablement plays a crucial role in boosting our sales team’s performance by developing, executing, and optimizing enablement strategies. In close partnership with sales leadership, this role focuses on identifying key enablement needs to enhance sales effectiveness, improve pipeline conversion rates, and streamline the sales process. Serving as an essential connector between sales, marketing, and product teams, the Senior Manager ensures cohesive strategies and collaboration for enhanced sales outcomes.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with sales leadership to launch enablement programs that boost sales effectiveness, enhance pipeline conversion, and increase productivity, aligned with Go-to-Market strategies
  • Set a clear vision for sales enablement with defined KPIs, promoting transparency and organizational goal alignment
  • Design and implement targeted onboarding and ongoing training programs, using enablement technologies to enhance learning and performance
  • Create innovative Sales Playbooks and resources to standardize best practices and streamline the sales process for better outcomes
  • Utilize data analytics to identify skill or knowledge gaps, fostering a continuous learning and development culture
  • Build a trust-based culture with sales team members, empowering their success and adapting programs based on feedback
  • Coach and develop a results-driven sales enablement team responsible for delivering ongoing guidance on sales best practices
  • Manage key Sales events, such as Homecoming and Sales Kick Off to ensure sales team has clear content and engagement, with success measured as AE quota attainment

What You’ll Bring

  • Deep passion for social impact and commitment to social responsibility
  • Proven success in sales enablement, enhancing seller effectiveness, pipeline conversion, sales optimization, and productivity
  • Ability to collaborate with and influence cross-functional teams effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of building strong relationships and engaging with all stakeholder levels
  • Analytical prowess, using performance data for strategic decision-making and improvements
  • Experienced in sales enablement technologies and knowledgeable in effective sales processes
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Experience in the technology SaaS industry
