Sales Operations Reporting Assistant

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Sales Operations & Reporting Assistant to support our Sales team with data-driven decision-making and process improvements. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with numbers, systems, and operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily sales operations, including beef allocation tasks and sales order coordination
• Analyze sales, inventory, and work order data to identify trends and discrepancies
• Maintain and improve Excel-based reporting tools and dashboards
• Collaborate with the Sales, Production, and Finance teams to ensure alignment on allocations and reporting
• Assist with ERP system entries, data accuracy, and sales reporting tasks
• Continuously streamline and improve sales processes and reporting mechanisms
• Generate and distribute weekly/monthly performance and inventory reports

Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including PivotTables, lookups, formulas, and data visualizations)
• Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, NetSuite, or similar)
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and data integrity
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Previous experience in sales support, operations, data analysis, or a similar administrative/technical role
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in agri-food, meat processing, or manufacturing environments
• Familiarity with sales allocation workflows or inventory management

Pay: $48,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
