Growth Manager Subscription & Conversion (m/w/d)

We are looking for a Growth Manager Subscription & Conversion to join our team in Berlin, Germany. As a key member of our team, you will play a central role in building a modern, data-driven subscription business across all our titles. You will design and build our end-to-end subscriber funnel, define central KPIs, develop our paywall and offer logic, and build a systematic experimentation setup.

Requirements

  • Experience in growth, subscription business, performance marketing, or product development
  • Strong understanding of conversion funnels with a focus on engagement, registration, and retention
  • Experience in building or scaling data-driven growth systems
  • Safe handling of analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel)
  • Understanding of digital business models, paywalls, and pricing strategies
  • Ability to analyze complex user behavior and translate it into clear actions
  • Hands-on mentality and pleasure in building things from scratch
  • Ideal knowledge of tracking, SQL, or experimentation frameworks
