Bertram Capital is seeking a Director of Sales Operations to improve business operations across a diverse portfolio of companies. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in CRM management and reporting, with a focus on streamlining processes and driving revenue.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, or a related role
  • Strong proficiency with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools
  • Experience setting up and optimizing CRM workflows, lead scoring, product management, and contract automation
  • Demonstrated experience in building reports and dashboards, with strong analytical skills
  • Understanding of B2B sales processes, lead lifecycle management, and go-to-market strategies
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in fast-paced environments
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
