BetterHelp is seeking an Email Developer and Marketing Operations Specialist to join their Lifecycle Marketing team. This role involves bridging creative design, technical execution, and campaign operations to deliver personalized email experiences that drive engagement, conversion, and retention. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, technically skilled, and passionate about clean code and effective email marketing.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in email development, HTML/CSS coding, and working within ESPs.
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS (including inline styles), MJML, and responsive email design.
- Experience working in Iterable (or similar ESPs).
- Familiarity with A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization.
- Understanding of email deliverability, accessibility, and data privacy best practices.
- Analytical mindset.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
