Marketing Operations Manager

It’s with that in mind that Beyond is looking to add a Marketing Operations Manager to our growing team. Reporting to our Vice President of Business Operations, you will have the opportunity to build our marketing operating system to ensure that Beyond’s marketing team can execute big ideas at scale. This role gives you the opportunity to make your mark on a new function within the organization and partner on initiatives that span all of the disciplines of marketing – PLG, ABM, growth and performance. As our Marketing Operations Manager, you’ll work closely with our Marketing team, as well as RevOps, Business Intelligence and our Salesforce Admin to grow and nurture the funnel for all of our global sales units. You’ll help us optimize our processes and tech stack so we can hit our pipeline and revenue goals. In short, you’ll be instrumental in shaping and executing on the vision of our leadership team to push Beyond into its next stage of growth.

More specifically, you will:

  • Build a world-class Marketing Ops function that accelerates the success of our marketing and sales teams
  • Operationally support the continuous improvement of campaigns and tests with a focus on driving engagement, conversions, and scalability
  • Make sure we have a user-friendly tech stack (we use Hubspot and SFDC); ensure features are enabled and optimized, and users have access to best-practices
  • Drive improvements to our attribution, lead/account scoring and routing methodologies to increase efficiencies and conversion rates
  • Partner with Marketing and Operations leadership to define the CMO dashboard, metrics and KPIs for the marketing funnel; surface business insights from lead attribution, pipeline metrics, and other marketing programs
  • Use data and insights to improve Marketing performance; own the analysis, define the objectives, and problem solve cross-functionally to drive revenue
  • Scope complex projects to support our business goals; translate business and platform requirements into marketing campaigns/MarTech logic

So what kind of person are we looking for in this role? The person who will be successful in this role will be:

  • A Self-Starter: you’re able to connect the dots between what the business needs and how you can make an impact without a road map laid out, and you’re happy to dig in to build and action a plan
  • Highly Collaborative: you’re comfortable sitting at the hub of our Marketing, Sales and Operations teams and you get energy from helping everyone work together to achieve our goals
  • Curious: You dislike not knowing how, why, if / when, what, and you are driven by the need to quickly find, test and iterate solutions and ideas
  • Data-Driven: You’re comfortable both retrieving and analyzing data, and you know what to look for when it comes to Marketing

Now that we’ve told you what the job looks like, here are the qualifications we’re looking for in a candidate:

  • 5+ years in a Marketing Operations role for a growing SaaS company
  • Power user or admin experience with SFDC, Hubspot, Google Analytics and other marketing tools
  • Experience with global, dispersed marketing teams in different regions; you understand the impact and implications of recommendations to different audiences
