Title: Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)
Location: Noida (Full-Time, On-Site Only)
Role Overview:
The CRO will build world-class revenue engines through B2C sales, customer success, upselling, and retention strategies, working shoulder-to-shoulder with brand teams in our Noida HQ.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop sales and BD strategies for each brand.
- Optimize customer lifecycle: acquisition → retention → expansion.
- Create revenue forecasting models and real-time dashboards.
- Scale customer support teams to drive NPS and retention.
- Expand existing and new monetization channels.
Experience Required:
- 8+ years experience leading sales or revenue functions.
- Experience in e-commerce, consumer services, or platform businesses is a plus.
