HotFoot Recruiters is excited to partner with a growing international construction company to hire a Bilingual Sales Operations Assistant. This position offers a dynamic blend of customer interaction, internal reporting, and administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Mandarin and English, highly organized, and comfortable working across time zones.
Requirements
- Conduct weekly client visits across the Phoenix Metro area to maintain customer relationships, gather market insights, and address customer needs.
- Prepare and submit weekly sales activity reports summarizing customer feedback, performance updates, and inventory status.
- Respond to customer and internal communications via email and manage customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Perform inventory audits at third-party warehouses and assist in resolving customer complaints and troubleshooting issues.
- Collaborate closely with the Taiwan-based team, adjusting work hours as needed for cross-time-zone communication.
- Handle administrative tasks, including purchase requests, vendor billing, and document organization.
- Assist with invoice generation, processing, and follow-up on outstanding accounts.
- Support procurement and logistics activities in order to maintain on time customer service and project progress.
