Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company

The Marketing Operations Manager position is to help Bill.com take its next step in Marketing Automation and our MarTech strategy.  This position will partner closely with Marketing and Sales Operations to support campaigns and email marketing activities, build processes and automation, improve data hygiene, and analyze performance data. This is an execution-focused role supporting that will require creative problem-solving and the ability to build from concept to minimum viable product, and progress to best-in-class solutions.

Open to Draper, UT or San Jose, CA… We offer a hybrid work environment.

We’d love to chat if you have:

  • 2-3+ years of experience in revenue based positions
  • Experience developing in marketing automation platforms – especially Marketo
  • Experience in email marketing, email nurturing, and/or lifecycle marketing
  • Experience with the marketing technology ecosystem
  • Experience with CRM systems – especially Salesforce
  • A proven track record of building new campaigns and workflows, and processing leads
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Experience with work management tools – especially Asana
  • Demonstrated ability to work well cross functionally
  • Experience in FinTech or the financial/accounting industry a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree
