Senior Internal Communications Manager

BILL is a fintech company that empowers businesses with innovative financial tools and processes. We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Internal & Corporate Communications to lead our internal and external communications efforts, focusing on strategic messaging, employee engagement, and change management.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of corporate communications experience, employee and executive communications experience preferred
• Interest in using both internal and external communications expertise in a dual role
• Event management experience
• Knowledge of communicating about financial technology or product launches and announcements
• Experience navigating a fast-moving and growing organization
• Change management prowess
• The ability to see the big picture and work in details
• Experience coaching and influencing leaders and teams on communication
• Eagle-eyed attention to detail and excellent writing skills
• Experience with slide design and message/narrative crafting
