As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will support our sales team by optimizing processes, data, and technology to enhance their efficiency and productivity. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that the sales team has the necessary resources and support to achieve their goals, which involves managing CRMs, analyzing sales data, and implementing sales strategies. Please note that this is a support role and does not correlate to sales management.

This role is an on-site position, requiring 5 days a week in the office. Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Process Optimization: Identify, implement, and optimize sales processes to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
  • CRM Management: Analyze and identify gaps in Salesforce ensuring data accuracy and proper utilization
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and generate reports to inform sales strategy and work with sales leadership
  • Sales Enablement: Train and support sales reps on new processes, tools, and technologies to improve their effectiveness
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives
  • Sales Forecasting: Develop and maintain sales forecasting models to predict revenue and identify areas for improvement
  • Sales Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to streamline the sales cycle

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales operations or a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce systems and sales processes
  • Excellent data analysis and reporting skills
  • Proficiency in sales technology tools
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
