Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in financial services, crypto exchange, or trading BD
- Track record of growing trading volume or AUM at the account or segment level
- Working knowledge of exchange mechanics: VIP tier structures, maker/taker fee dynamics, liquidity behaviour, fee sensitivity
- Strong written communication skills
