Binance is seeking a Growth Campaign Manager to join their European marketing team, responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns focused on user acquisition, retention, and referral growth.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or campaign management roles.
• Analytical and data-driven mindset with experience in user behavior analysis and retention strategies.
• Proven experience executing lifecycle and acquisition campaigns.
• Knowledge of segmentation, automation, A/B testing, and funnel optimization.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a strong results orientation.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory. Bilingual capability in Spanish and Portuguese is highly desirable.
• Genuine interest in cryptocurrencies, blockchain, and fintech.
