Senior Director Marketing, Neurology Customer Experience

The Senior Director Marketing, Neurology Customer Experience, will contribute to the success of our emerging Neurology Business Unit and will report to the Executive Director, Marketing. This person will implement the approved Brand plan, and have primary responsibility to lead the development and implementation of the strategic and tactical plans/programs as it relates to our customer experience across the omnichannel environment for both HCP and consumer for our upcoming launch in Myasthenia Gravis.

Responsibilities

  • For HCPs, focus on content production delivered through all digital channels for non‑personal from‑home office initiatives as well as Next Best Action through Veeva CRM for field communication to their customers.
  • For patients, activate awareness and continue to drive/maintain brand awareness through advertising across all relevant media channels, significantly increase digital content offerings, and enhance our CRM program to include lead generation and adherence.
  • Ensure that marketing processes and programs align with corporate guidance as well as regulatory, legal, and ethical guidelines.
  • Lead and provide development opportunities for direct reports.
  • Work closely with cross‑functional teams including the entire brand team, Market Access team, Insights and Analytics, Commercial IT.
  • Monitor spending against budget and manage projects to agreed‑upon timelines, budgets, and scope.

Qualifications

  • Experience with a digital asset management system and Sales Force Cloud.
  • Expertise in behavioral science, a plus.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities and experience managing teams.
  • Strong communicator who can present well and articulate complex strategies to partners of all levels, including senior leaders.
  • Ability to complete and manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment where quick decision‑making and clear direction are essential.
  • Organizational agility and capability to reprioritize based on external or internal changes.
  • Can work effectively and efficiently with team members across departments and managing agencies.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in biologics marketing and omnichannel strategy development and execution in life sciences. Neurology experience preferred; Myasthenia Gravis or other neurology rare disease experience is a plus.
  • On‑site in Sleepy Hollow, NY 4 days a week.

Salary Range (annually)

$216,100.00 – $360,200.00
