Manager, Engineering, Data Scientist

The AI Manager will lead and manage a team of AI developers, data scientists, and engineers to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered software solutions. The role requires a deep understanding of AI technologies, strong project management skills, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (Ph.D. preferred).
• Proven experience in AI development, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
• Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role.
• Proficiency in machine learning frameworks and programming languages (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum) is a plus.
• Experience with cloud platforms and deployment of AI models is a plus.
