Revenue Operations Analyst

The Role

Reporting directly to the Director of Revenue Operations within the Sales department at Bitly. As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the Gainsight platform to enhance both Customer Success and Sales initiatives with the goal of driving business outcomes for the Go-to-Market team.

The ideal candidate is a true team player with strong cross-functional and collaborative skills. This candidate will act as a bridge between the CS leadership’s vision and the technological execution needed to help achieve their goals.

A successful person in this role will have a mix of technical skills, an analytical mindset, attention to detail, teamwork, and a ‘do what it takes’ approach.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the ongoing maintenance, support, and optimization of the Gainsight platform to ensure seamless functionality and alignment with business objectives
  • Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end business processes to enhance operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and drive overall business performance
  • Oversee data integrations to ensure the accuracy and integrity of customer data within Gainsight
  • Contribute to the solution design process by collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and architect comprehensive, and scalable solutions
  • Provide technical and functional support to the entire Sales/CS function by troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Gainsight functionality and configurations
  • Create custom reports and dashboards to track customer health scores, retention, usage data, and other key metrics
  • Provide a consultative approach on how we can maximize the ROI with Gainsight by staying up to date on technological and market trends
  • Participate in relevant training sessions, webinars, and forums to stay informed and maintain a high level of expertise in Gainsight administration
  • Provide training and support to internal teams on Gainsight functionality, best practices, and processes

Who You Are

  • Gainsight NXT Level 3 Admin Certification
  • 2-4 years of experience as a Gainsight administrator (preferably at a PLG SaaS company)
  • Demonstrated rapid, self-driven, experiment-driven learning of unfamiliar systems/software
  • Experience working in customer success, or equivalent understanding of key customer success principles
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce from a user and technical perspective

The annual cash compensation range for this position is below.  Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills and may vary from the range listed.

Pay Range

$88,691—$133,037 USD
