The Role
We’re looking for a Sr. Partner Marketing Manager to join our growing Customer and Partner Marketing team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for (1) strategic ownership of the growth and usage of Bitly’s partner integrations and Marketplace (2) growing the Bitly Connect partner program by establishing partner enrollment and onboarding, partner engagement and co-marketing that drive integrations installations, co-marketing collaboration that result in a higher retention rate of our users; and (3) identify, build relationships with and facilitate Bitly’s strategic partnerships in the SaaS ecosystem through whom we can partner on product partnerships and business development.
Given the breadth of our platform and broad scope of integrations, this role will also help establish a foundation for our partner, customer and user go-to-market programs to motivate users to learn more about Bitly and leverage the scale of the Connections Platform.
This is a unique opportunity where you will have the opportunity to build an active and dynamic partner program and motivated customer base for a well known and globally recognized (and loved!) brand. The ideal candidate for this role is both relationship- and results-driven, with experience having led go-to-market campaigns and/or managing partner programs and ecosystems in past roles, having worked in SaaS partnerships is a plus. You’re motivated by uncovering and championing value for users, with experiences advocating for strategic partnership initiatives and working cross-functionally and with external stakeholders to build new campaigns, initiatives and go-to-market strategies together. And you’ll have experience managing and prioritizing across the variety of opportunities that a robust partner ecosystem brings, including scaling partner enablement, recruiting and onboarding new partners, promoting partners and their value to user bases and incorporating partnerships into the overall go-to-market of a Marketing team.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the day to day of marketing and program management of the Bitly Marketplace, Bitly’s apps and integrations directory
- Identify, source and build relationships with strategic integration partners and potential new partners that enhance or create new use case opportunities for Bitly’s users
- Manage ongoing partner engagement strategies, such as partner communications, co-marketing opportunities, partner education and partner enablement
- Collaborate with the Product Partnerships team to build programming and content that aligns to the overall Bitly Partnerships strategy and Partner GTM motion
- Strategically collaborate with internal marketing teams from Product, Product Marketing, Brand and Acquisition to build partner-centric and integration use case campaigns
- Build and execute on co-marketing campaigns with strategic industry partners and scaled partner co-marketing collaborations
- In collaboration with customer and product marketing, build and execute on monthly webinar series with key customers and strategic industry partners that drives key product usage and customer / community engagement
- Set, measure and perform to key partner marketing success metrics, such as: customer retention, program growth, partner engagement scores, integration adoption and co-marketing campaign success
- Support key customer marketing success metrics, such as: WAU/MAUs, key product usage rates, health and risk scores, customer ‘hand raisers’ and campaign sentiment
- Support the customer and community marketing functions as needed
Who You Are
- 5-7 years in partner marketing or relevant customer or product marketing in the SaaS industry
- Excellent written and presentation skills; detail-oriented and the ability to communicate with, present to and work with both internal stakeholders and external partners, in both 1:1 and 1:many communication media
- Excellent communication and relationship skills to collaborate and work with both external partners and internal stakeholders and contributors to the Customer and Retention marketing initiatives
- Proven ability to both build partner program strategy and execute on the day-to-day of partner management
- Proven ability to proactively build relationships and facilitate connections with key integration and product partner contacts, while articulating the business case and opportunity for enable, collaborate or build partner strategies
- Strong collaboration skills to be applied to both the day to day of partner program management and key alignment to overarching business priorities
- Ability to analyze program results and insights and proactively use data to inform short-term execution and long-term strategy
- Comfortable with the prospect of operating in a remote-working environment where you’ll be expected to proactively align on priorities, collaborate with others and execute on the partner marketing strategy in alignment with overall business priorities.

The annual cash compensation range for this position is below. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills and may vary from the range listed.
