Role Overview

As the Manager, Growth Analytics at Bitpanda, you will build the core decision engine for our redesigned Growth organization. Your mandate is to establish trusted measurement, define clear customer economics, and deliver the high-impact analysis that dictates where the company invests.

What You Will Do

Set the Growth measurement strategy and operating model, leading forecasting, performance reviews, and decision-grade analysis to drive faster, more reliable, and economically grounded capital-allocation choices.

Requirements

• technical credibility in SQL, data modeling, experimentation, and measurement
