Role Overview

As a Customer Success Manager, you will support sales in the presales phase, present customized presentations, and accompany new customers from contract signing to implementation. You will be the first point of contact for product, application, and support questions and build long-term relationships with hotels, event locations, and corporate customers.

What You Will Do

Your tasks include presales & product demos, onboarding & roll-out, customer care & relationship management, value creation and training, and product feedback & development.

We expect you to have experience in the hotel industry or event industry, customer success, customer support, or professional customer care, and to be able to work safely with digital tools like Zendesk, Pipedrive, or comparable systems.

Requirements

  • Experience in the hotel industry (MICE) or event industry
  • Experience in customer success, customer support, or professional customer care
  • Ability to work safely with digital tools like Zendesk, Pipedrive, or comparable systems
  • Good German language skills; very good English language skills are an advantage
