Blackpoint Cyber is a leading cybersecurity company providing advanced managed detection and response (MDR) solutions. The MSP Customer Marketing Manager drives growth within our existing MSP customer base by pulling key marketing levers, including lifecycle campaigns, adoption programs, enablement content, and value-based messaging.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience
- Direct experience marketing to MSPs required
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce CRM marketing and sales automation platforms
- Proven success building and executing lifecycle or expansion-focused marketing programs within an existing customer base
- Strong copywriting skills for email, communications, and MSP-facing enablement materials
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent project management skills
- Understanding the MSP customer lifecycle dynamics and how to support adoption, growth, and retention
- Collaborative working style with experience partnering cross-functionally with Account Management, Customer Support, and other marketing teams
- Data-driven mindset with experience measuring program performance and optimizing for results
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in cybersecurity or related technology markets is a strong plus
