Requirements
- Own L1/L2 operational support for production data platforms
- Diagnose and resolve complex failures in ETL/ELT pipelines and orchestration frameworks
- Actively manage incidents, including impact assessment, remediation coordination, and post‐incident documentation
- Improve monitoring, alerting, and observability coverage
- Support onboarding of new pipelines and data products
- Analyze recurring incidents and data quality issues
- Mentor analysts through guidance on operational best practices
- Contribute to automation initiatives
