The Marketing Data and Commercial Insights- Associate role is responsible for managing marketing data, conducting advanced analysis and segmentation, and building reporting solutions to track key marketing KPIs. The individual will align marketing activity to client needs and ensure data integrity across CRM and marketing systems.
Requirements
- Manage end-to-end marketing data across CRM, Snowflake, and other MarTech platforms
- Conduct advanced analysis and segmentation to support audience targeting, personalization, and data-driven decision-making
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions to track key marketing KPIs
- Foster a data-led marketing culture by aligning activity to client needs and ensuring data integrity
- Partner with Sales Management, COO teams, and regional marketing leads to translate business requirements into technical specifications
