Commercial Operations & Analytics Manager 100% (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Commercial Operations & Analytics Manager to join our team in Switzerland. As a key lever for growth, this role will bring clarity, structure, and the ability to challenge assumptions and turn them into well-founded decisions. The ideal candidate will have 4–7 years of experience in Commercial Operations, Sales Analytics, or Business Performance, with strong analytical skills and experience in forecasting, reporting, and performance tracking.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in Commercial Operations, Sales Analytics, or Business Performance
• Strong analytical skills and experience in forecasting, reporting, and performance tracking
• Confident working with data and tools, especially Excel and BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
• Collaborative and structured work style
• Ability to communicate effectively and hold stakeholders accountable using data
