Technical Account Manager

Bland AI is hiring a Technical Account Manager to drive customer outcomes, cross-functional problem solving, proactive technical guidance, and customer growth & expansion. The role requires a strong technical foundation, 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles, API & integration fluency, escalation & incident management, strong communication skills, high EQ & customer advocacy, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments. The salary range is $120k – $180k base + meaningful equity + benefits.
