Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience
- Senior leadership in People Operations within a global, high-growth organization
- Proven track record scaling people infrastructure, systems, and teams across multiple regions
- Deep expertise in global employee lifecycle management, total rewards strategy, HR systems, and compliance
- Strong financial and analytical acumen, with experience driving workforce planning and people analytics
- Demonstrated ability to partner with Executive leadership to align talent strategy with business growth and profitability
- Experience leading and developing high-performing, distributed teams
