Afterpay is looking for an Account Executive to join its Australia/New Zealand business, with a focus on building and running the advertising agency sales motion for the Afterpay Media Network. The ideal candidate has experience in agency sales, including expertise in programmatic, social, commerce media, or retail media.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in media, ad tech, or martech
Familiarity with Buy Now Pay Later, e-commerce, or retail media networks (preferred but not required)

Experience in programmatic media planning, digital sales, or account management with a strong understanding of omnichannel campaign execution
Demonstrated success hitting revenue targets and growing investment within agencies, enterprise or brand direct accounts
Strong relationships across Australia’s media agencies
The ability to build relationships within multiple vertical/industries
Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or equivalent years of experience
