Roles & Responsibilities
- Inform strategic initiatives and their development into scalable business systems
- Serve as the representative and advocate for our global processes to the Sales departments & manage business system changes/updates, including training and documentation of said changes
- Execute department initiatives related to process improvement, performance insights, and bookings forecasts
- Must be proficient in basic project management disciplines and expectations
- Optimize cross functional resources to meet objectives within scope and timelines
- Assisting with key sales planning activities during QBRs, planning and budgeting cycle
- Providing ad-hoc analysis as required to aid management decision making
- Support new employee onboarding, introducing new hires to commercial operations and related tools and processes
- Support opportunity alignment across departments. This includes, but is not limited to pricing approvals, contractual deviation management and risk management.
Salary Ranges:
$94,300.00 – $135,700.00
