You will be responsible for the leadership of the Business Development and Strategy group for our Sales and Service division, overseeing Sales Associates and developing a pipeline of exceptional sales talent.
Requirements
- Manage a team of Business Development and Strategy managers and their teams
- Develop, manage and execute vision for our Sales Associate program
- Partner with various teams to achieve commercial objectives
- Analyze structure, determine coverage model assessments and headcount allocation
- Lead refinement of Sales Associate role-based processes and best practices
- Hire, develop and performance manage teams
