The Senior Financial Analyst will provide ongoing financial and transactional support focused on Engineering headcount management and costs, including employee compensation, hiring plans, and all associated people-related costs. The role will also drive consistency and rigor in reporting across month-end close, budgeting, and quarterly planning cycles.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in finance, with a strong focus on financial analysis.
- Proven experience managing or supporting P&L processes, particularly related to headcount, compensation, and workforce-driven costs.
- Advanced financial modeling and data visualization skills.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence outcomes and partner across teams.
- Experience working autonomously and making decisions within scope.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work across multiple departments and levels.
