GTM Enablement Program Manager

Bloomreach is a rapidly growing AI-powered agentic platform revolutionizing customer journeys with personalized experiences. They are seeking a GTM Enablement Program Manager to drive value through training, programs, processes, and content. This role bridges the gap between customer and employee experiences by managing enablement initiatives and aligning teams around data-driven initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sales or revenue enablement, or 3+ years of enablement with 2+ years of sales operations experience within a SaaS or technology environment
• Experience enabling on sales methodologies and skills frameworks (ie. Value Selling or similar)
• Demonstrated program management skills to drive large-scale projects
• Experience in a direct sales role is a plus
