Requirements
- Fluent in English; German or another European language is a strong plus.
- Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s in STEM, Psychology, Business, or similar.
- Confident on the phone, comfortable with scripts, and skilled at open-ended questions.
- Structured, organised, and detail-oriented (our CRM is HubSpot).
- Handle rejection with resilience and keep momentum through long sales cycles.
- Curious, a natural problem-solver, and a team player with a strong sense of ownership.
