Project/Account Manager is responsible for end-to-end delivery of staffing and operational services for assigned client accounts, including managing client communications, operational requirements, staff attendance, and performance. The role requires strong client-facing communication, operational workforce management, and coordination skills across multiple internal teams.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English, Arabic, and French
- 4–7 years of experience in account management/client servicing, workforce operations/staffing delivery, and hospitality/events customer service operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, HR, Hospitality, Event Management, or related field (preferred)
