Senior Commissions Analyst, FP&A

BlueCat is seeking a Senior Commissions Analyst to support the FP&A and Revenue Operations teams by managing commission processes, ensuring accurate commission calculations, and maintaining commission-related systems and data.

Requirements

• Experience in commissions analysis, sales compensation, FP&A, or a related finance/operations role
• Familiarity with financial and operational systems such as Salesforce and NetSuite
• Experience with CaptivateIQ or other commission management software is strongly preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage and interpret large datasets
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills, particularly when managing high volumes of data
• Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams including Finance, Revenue Operations, and Sales
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain commission structures and processes clearly to stakeholders
