Role Overview
This role is responsible for supporting clients through data-driven reporting and analytics, partnering with Account Executives and the Stop Loss team to deliver actionable insights and exceptional client service. The team is small today, but we expect it to grow next year. PAI is preparing for some major growth over the next few years.
What You Will Do
Support decision making by building, maintaining, and improving analytic/decision systems. Design experiments, test hypotheses, and build analytical models to explore, explain, and predict health-related outcomes. Supervise and coordinate staff, responsible for training and personnel functions.

Requirements
- Master’s in a job-related field
- 5 years of relevant quantitative and qualitative research and analytics experience
- Experience with supervised (statistical) and unsupervised (machine learning) modeling
- Advanced SQL skills
- Strong programming skills in R, Python, or SAS
- Knowledge of statistical techniques including statistical analysis, quantitative analytics, forecasting/predictive analytics, multivariate testing within the healthcare industry
- Solid foundation in analytics, with proven history of data-oriented project completion
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
