Role Overview
Imagine a sales role where you build relationships, work a pipeline, and meet with clients to find solutions. This position requires a strong willingness to hunt and sell at two altitudes: a genuine conversation with a local business owner and a structured presentation to a marketing team.
What You Will Do
You will work with a established book of business, earning commission from day one, and grow the book into something bigger. You will also be responsible for prospecting, finding, and closing new business, and maintaining a disciplined prospecting plan.

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in outside sales or nonprofit development
- Provable past success
- Must already live in Nashville and have prior knowledge of Nashville and Middle Tennessee
- Experience in all facets of a complete sales cycle
- Strong willingness and ability to hunt
- Able to sell at two altitudes
- Patient enough for longer sales cycles
- Comfortable challenging and asking difficult questions
- Not easily discouraged
- Comfortable being held accountable to prospecting metrics and sales KPIs
- Authentic, effective, and direct communication
- High levels of personal and professional responsibility
- Works well within a team and independently
- Tech-savvy and a quick learner
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
