Role Overview

Imagine a sales role where you build relationships, work a pipeline, and meet with clients to find solutions. This position requires a strong willingness to hunt and sell at two altitudes: a genuine conversation with a local business owner and a structured presentation to a marketing team.

What You Will Do

You will work with a established book of business, earning commission from day one, and grow the book into something bigger. You will also be responsible for prospecting, finding, and closing new business, and maintaining a disciplined prospecting plan.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in outside sales or nonprofit development
  • Provable past success
  • Must already live in Nashville and have prior knowledge of Nashville and Middle Tennessee
  • Experience in all facets of a complete sales cycle
  • Strong willingness and ability to hunt
  • Able to sell at two altitudes
  • Patient enough for longer sales cycles
  • Comfortable challenging and asking difficult questions
  • Not easily discouraged
  • Comfortable being held accountable to prospecting metrics and sales KPIs
  • Authentic, effective, and direct communication
  • High levels of personal and professional responsibility
  • Works well within a team and independently
  • Tech-savvy and a quick learner
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
