As our first commercial hire, you will take full ownership of building and scaling our entire sales and go-to-market function — with a clear path to Chief Sales Officer (CSO). You will build the commercial engine from scratch — and directly participate in the success you create.
Requirements
- Experience in Sales, Business Development, or early-stage growth
- Strong drive to close deals and generate revenue
- Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with uncertainty
- Willingness to trade fixed salary for high upside participation
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
- Fluent in German and English
