Role Overview
As an IO Senior District Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. You will work closely with doctors and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to establish and maintain relationships, and provide excellent customer service to build long-term relationships with clients. You will also be responsible for analyzing customer information, understanding customer needs, and developing business plans to drive sales growth.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing and coaching sales representatives, analyzing customer information, developing business plans, and providing excellent customer service. You will also be responsible for tracking and understanding competitor market activities, and maintaining good working relationships with different departments, such as marketing, medical, and registration departments.

Requirements
