Board Intelligence is seeking a Revenue Operations System Manager to join their Data & Revenue Operations (D&R) Team at the D&R team of the company. This role will focus on optimizing Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds, integrating with other RevOps tools, and providing scalable systems and processes to support revenue growth. Requirements
- Deep expertise in Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce)
- Proven experience integrating Salesforce with other RevOps tools
- Strong understanding of revenue operations and the commercial drivers of a fast-growing SaaS business
- Experience with Gong (Gong Engage), HubSpot Marketing Cloud, Planhat, 6sense, BoardEx, and Zoominfo or similar competitors
- Demonstrated experience in line management with at least 1-2 years managing technical team members
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate, coach, and develop junior team members
- Experience in building team capability, including training plans, skill development, and knowledge transfer
- Solid project management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
