The Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for process optimization, generating insights and analytics, and providing reports to internal and external clients. The role will involve collaborating with data teams and the business to design data analysis and reporting solutions, and analyzing data and feedback from clients and management to proactively propose improvements to processes and reporting solutions.
Requirements
- Diploma (NQF level 6) or Bachelor’s Degree (NQF level 7) in Computer Science, Mathematics, IT, Economics, Statistics, or related field
- At least 2-5 years experience in a Data Analytics role
- Certifications (Advantageous): Certified Analytics Professional (CAP), Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate, Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate
