We are seeking an Entry Level Data Analyst to support the Boeing Global Services (BGS) Commercial Modifications team in Long Beach, CA by transforming data into actionable insights that improve program Execution, schedule performance and decision-making.
Requirements
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Tableau to track program performance (schedule, cost, milestones, resource utilization)
- Support development and administration of project tracking solutions in Smartsheet
- Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Assist in building standardized reporting templates and data models for PMO use
- Analyze trends and provide insights to support program reviews and leadership decision-making
- Support maturity assessment efforts, scorecard development and KPI tracking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and reporting requirements
- Identify opportunities to improve data quality, reporting efficiency, and automation
