Boldr is seeking a highly accountable, systems-driven Senior RevOps professional to lead operational execution and act as a trusted partner in decision-making. This role focuses on building the foundations of their RevOps systems, leading GTM projects, and automating processes using AI. The ideal candidate will be passionate about growth, values authenticity, and drive ambition with operational excellence in mind.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or GTM Enablement
- Proven success leading RevOps initiatives and projects
- Deep, hands-on experience with HubSpot
- Experience implementing and managing AI tooling, automation workflows, and GTM integrations
- Familiarity with insights tools (Fathom, Apollo, Gong, or similar)
- Experience developing documentation, SOPs, or enablement materials
- Comfort in a global, remote, and often ambiguous environment
- High accountability, excellent cross-functional communication, and the ability to lead through influence
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work U.S. business hours
